Yummy Dim Sum & Fast Food

Why did you choose to open your restaurant in Chinatown?

There are lots of Chinese in Chinatown who share the same language as me, and the economy is also very good. Therefore, I choose to live here, and I hope everyone can work together to improve the economy of Chinatown.

Can you introduce your store to us? What makes your store so unique?

All dim sum and noodles in the store are basically handmade by us, not processed food.

Do you still remember how many years your restaurant has been open?

Around 15 years already.

What difficulties did you encounter at the beginning of your business?

At the beginning of the business, there were relatively few customers coming to our store.  I think the most important thing in doing business is honesty.  Only when customers trust us can, the food we cook must be delicious. Then we can build a good relationship with customers to let our customers buy good food with less money.

What do you hope to see for the future of Chinatown?

Now non-profit organizations such as "Chinatown Community Development Center" provide lots of help for small businesses and SRO families.  In the future, I hope we still have assistance from other external organizations. No matter what method they are using, I hope everyone feels that Chinatown is a thriving community.
